    Its not a surprising scoreline as all odds were naturally against relegation threatened Norwich but it was a crackling game to watch as Norwich showed some attacking competence and defensive capabilities against manchester city but unfortunately for them, city were just too ruthless for them to handle

Norwich also went close after Hanley’s header hit the bar. Spells of dominance for city showed trouble was looming for Norwich but they showed resilience for a little while only for Sterling’s curling strike to go past Angus gunn to give city the lead.

    Early into the second half,foden scrambled in the second goal and raheem sterling headed in the third which is his second goal of the nightin the 70th minute before finally converting a penalty rebound in the 90th minute to complete his perfect hattrick and once again extending manchester city’s lead on the table.

    Frankly,there is not much Norwich could do to resist city’s attack but they sure gave their fans some exciting piece of game to enjoy against the reigning premier league champions.

    Next Tuesday, Manchester city will be at portugal to face sporting lisbon in the champions league last 16 while Norwich will play second placed liverpool at Anfield next Saturday.
