Despite criticisms of lifestyle, these machines are truly mind-blowing. Buckle up as I tell you why people are ready to pay millions to own them.
10. Hennessy venom FS Roadster @ $3 million

The Hennessey Venom GT was a record-breaker, topping out at 265.7 miles per hour in a world record run. But the new F5 plans to beat its predecessor with an estimated top speed of 311 mph. Not to mention it has F-shaped front lights and butterfly doors that open with one button. Also with it comes a gold-plated engine to prevent the heat from going out. There are only about 30 of these cars in the world.
9. Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ @ $3.9 – 4 Million

Earlier this year, Bugatti captured the collective attention of the automotive world by announcing that it broke the 300 miles per hour barrier on a track in Germany reaching 304.77mph with a modified version of the Chiron. The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ was limited to 30 production cars and is a beautiful version of the Chiron, with flowing, slippery bodywork of shiny black carbon fiber.
8. Lamborghini Veneno @ $4.5 million

Veneno means venom or poison in Spanish and the car certainly gives off a deadly presence. It can reach 60 mph in 2.9 seconds and is available in both convertible and coupe configurations. It is V-shaped to reduce air resistance and that makes it faster and smoother. There are about only 13 to 14 of these cars in the world.
7. Pagani Huayra Imola @ $5.4 million

The Huayra Imola packs nearly as much power with a twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter V12 engine developed by Mercedes-AMG specifically for Pagani now pumps an astounding 827 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. 6. Bugatti Divo @ $5.8 million

The Bugatti Divo is a mid-engine sports car developed with a track-focused approach. It was named after French racing driver Albert Divo, who won the Targa Florio race twice in the 1920s for Bugatti. According to Bugatti, the DIVO is the most agile and dynamic car they’ve ever created. By adding lighter wheels, a carbon fiber intercooler, and removing some sound deadening, Bugatti made the Divo 77 pounds lighter than the Chiron and 8 seconds faster. Limited to just 40 units, the car was pre-sold before the public debut at the auto show to Chiron owners through a special invitation by the dealers. It sold out on its first day of availability.
5. Mercedes Maybach Exelero @ $8 million

This can almost be considered as the real-life bat mobile. Like many others before it, the Mercedes-Benz Maybach Exelero is a one-off. Commissioned by Fulda, a German subsidiary of Goodyear, to test its new Carat Exelero tire range, the Exlero debuted in 2004. Despite its peculiar looks, it’s one hell of a high-performance four-seater sports car with a V12 twin-turbo engine and has an impressive top speed of 213 mph (350 km/h).
4. Rolls Royce Sweptail @ $12.8 – 13 million

It can only be described as one stunning piece of handcrafted magic. A powerhouse of automotive design and engineering, the Rolls-Royce Sweptail is a one-off luxury peace made in the United Kingdom by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. The Sweptail made its debut as the most expensive new car in the world at the yearly Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este event in 2017. It’s been outpriced since then, but the 453-horsepower luxury car is still a jaw-dropper and it even remains one of the most expensive cars.
3. Pagani Zonda HP Barchetta @ $17.5 million

The brand once made a line of cars called Zonda, but the series was discontinued. As a result, any of the rare cars under the Zonda name are sure to be worth millions — and that’s exactly the case with this car. The rare vehicle is owned by Horacio Pagani himself and features a six-speed manual gearbox and the vehicle’s wheels are made from forged aluminum. The rear wheels are partially covered by carbon fiber, the windshield is smaller than usual, and the car itself is roofless. This car also has a 7.3-liter V12 engine.
2. Bugatti La Voiture Noire @ $18 million

It’s a part of Bugatti’s plans to build two custom cars every year. Only one Noire will be built, but Bugatti said it needed another 2 and a half years to finish building the car. Boasting a top speed of 261mph, and 0-60mph in 2.5 seconds; that’s one hell of a rush. It also has six exhaust tips, radical new wheels, an aggressive, bespoke fascia, and a gigantic light-up badge in the rear that spells out the name of the brand. Of course, this one-of-one Bugatti already has a home.
1. Rolls Royce Boat Tail @ $28 million

Rolls-Royce is back in the business of coach building with the gorgeous new Boat Tail. A successor to the stunning Sweptail from 2017, the Boat Tail has a unique two-tone exterior, custom high-end finishes inside, and even a “hosting suite” complete with a champagne fridge and built-in sun umbrella. This is simply a car of luxury in and out covered with fine sheets of aluminum. The design outline is similar to yachts of the early 20th century. It is rumored to be entirely hand-built and only limited to 3 units.
