The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has launched the Academy, a one-year Fellowship program for young Nigerians who want to make a difference in their generation. Through on-the-job training and one-on-one mentorship, we hope to cultivate the next generation of public servants by providing them with the tools they need to make a good impact on the public sector.

The program will give participants a first-hand look at the workings of state government, as well as the opportunity to engage in round table discussions with prominent leaders from both the public and private sectors. Young Nigerians are mentored each year through the Fellowship. Young Nigerians will have the opportunity to help the country’s recovery through inclusive, sustainable, and development-oriented approaches
